Abstract:
To provide genetically modified cells, tissues and organs for treating or preventing diseases.SOLUTION: Also disclosed are methods of making the genetically modified cells and non-human animals. In a first aspect, disclosed herein are genetically modified non-human animals comprising an exogenous nucleic acid sequence at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 359 or SEQ ID NO: 502. In some embodiments of the first aspect, the exogenous nucleic acid is at least 96% identical to SEQ ID NO: 359 or SEQ ID NO: 502.
