Abstract:
To raise a getting on-and-off step put in the lowering position of the getting on-and-off step even if a main switching device is not switched due to failure.
A main circuit 23 from an operation source 22 is provided with a main switching device 25. The main switching device 25 and an elevating cylinder 18 are connected to each other by a first circuit 26 and a second circuit 28, a by-pass circuit 29 by-passing the main switching device 25 is disposed between the first circuit 26 and the main circuit 23, and switching valves 30, 31 are respectively interposed in the by-pass circuit 29 and the second circuit 28.
