PURPOSE: To secure such an excellent grinding system as leads to a reduction cost and economy of resources by installing a drinding abrasive supply system, a grinding nozzle unit system provided with a nozzle and an abrasive recovery system recovering abrasives after grinding operation and putting them back to the abrasive supply system, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A base material surface grinding system is constituted so as to develope those of wet blasting work and hydro-honing work further, aiming at the promotion of high pressure and an improvement in energy density, and to enhance the extent of work efficiency. In this constitution, it is composed of a system combined with the following elements all together at need that 1, detect detecting systems 1, 11, 12, 13 detecting a defect on a base material surface, a grinding controller 5 transmitting a grinding condition controlled an the basis of defedct information detected, an abrasive feeder 32 controlling a supply of abrasives on the basis of the information, a nozzle drive controller 6 and a nozzle driver 7 provided with a nozzle 8 relatively shifting with a base material on the basis of the signal and an abrasive recovering device 4 recovering the abrasives after the grinding processing and putting them back to an abrasive supply system 3.
