Abstract:

To provide a half-fitting preventing connector capable of enhancing its fitting performance by reliably fitting connector housings each other without inducing a mistake in working.

This half-fitting preventing connector 10 is provided with a connector housing 20 having a flexible lock arm 21, and a fitting detecting member 30 having a detecting member body 32 slidably fitted to the periphery of the connector housing 20 along the fitting direction and a positioning lock part 31 to regulate the detecting member body 32 at its initial position by engagement with the flexible lock arm 21. In this fitting detecting member 30, a finger applying part 33 which can be supported so as not to press at least the flexible arm lock 21 of the connector housing 20 when fitting the connector.
