The receiving part 28 receives information regarding a base station apparatus which is a hand-over source, together with the request. A generation section 32 generates the database of information regarding a peripheral base station apparatus, on the basis of the received information. The radio unit 20 transmits the generated database to the terminal apparatus which is executing the communication.
