Title:
HEAD NAILING ROOFING METHOD FOR ROOF TILE AND PLAIN ROOF- TILE FOR THIS ROOFING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001182224
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem of a conventional plain roof-tile staggered roofing method taking the measure of binding an under lap to the tail side end hooked and nailed to a stiffener as the head-side binding means to ensure the nailing and binding of a part useful for earthquake- and wind- control measures, and to solve the problem of the structure of nailing the head side shown in a literature that the floating of the head side cannot be sufficiently suppressed because the nailing is performed closer to the over lap side from the center part of the head side.

In the staggered roofing of a plain roof-tile 1, a nail 8 inserted to a head-side nail hole 5 located in substantially central part 1' on the head side 1a of an upper plain roof-tile A3 is inserted to the tail-side nail hole 6 of the under lap inner tail side 2' of a lower plain roof-tile A2, and driven to a bed material, and the head-side center of the upper plain roof-tile A3 is bound to the bed material to fix the over lap tail side of the lower plain roof-tile A2. According to this, the head side and tail side of staggered roofed plain roof-tiles can be surely nailed and fixed so as to be useful for the suppression of uplift of the head side. The earthquake resisting and wind resisting effect of the staggered roofed plain roof-tiles can be attained.
