PURPOSE: To stabilize an operating condition of a refrigerant circuit under each of operation modes within a short period of time and to realize a cooling capability rapidly by a method wherein an initial adjusting amount of an adjusting device is controlled in response to each of operation modes when each of cooling operation modes of a cold heat condensing, an over-cooling and a general cooling is energized.
CONSTITUTION: Each of opening or closing devices 10a, 10c and 13a is closed during a cooling operation, for example, a cold heat accumulation condensing and cooling operation. In turn, each of opening or closing devices 10b, 14a is opened and a refrigerant circulation pump 15 and a thermal accumulative medium circulation pump 8 are operated until a compressor 1 is stopped. Then, liquid refrigerant of low temperature condensed and liquefied with a thermal accumulative heat exchanger 9 is fed into each of the first throttling devices 3. Heat is removed from a surrounding part with liquid refrigerant of low temperature so as to perform a cooling operation. In addition, the liquid refrigerant itself is evaporated and gasified and returned back to a thermal accumulating heat exchanger 9, cooled with low temperature thermal accumulative medium fed by a thermal accumulative medium circulation pump 8 and condensed again. In this case, an initial throttling amount of each of the first throttling devices 3 is controlled by a control means 21 in response to various modes of a cooling operation.
