Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3812039
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in the isolation due to inter-line coupling by forming an input line and an output line on a different dielectric board in a high-frequency switch and realizing the system that shields a different plane.
SOLUTION: An MMIC switch 4, having one input and a plurality of outputs and a 1st groove 9 and 2nd grooves 10a, 10b whose height differs from each other, are provided on a case 1. An input line board 5 forming an input line 6 is provided to a bottom side of the 1st groove 9, and output line boards 7a, 7b forming output lines 8a, 8b are provided to a bottom side of the 2nd grooves 10a, 10b, and the input line 6 and the output lines 8a, 8b are respectively connected to the input and output of the MMIC switch 4. A cover 11 that covers an upper part of the case 1 and corresponds to part over the 1st groove 9 and the 2nd grooves 10a, 10b has a thickness corresponding to respective parts, so that the height of the inner space of the grooves made by the case 1 and the cover 11 is made identical.
