To provide a holding tool which holds a pipe with a sufficient strength by hindering vibratory transmission between the pipe and a body panel without using an elastic soft material.
The holding tool 1 is equipped with a clamp part 2 to hold the pipe 5 and a fixation part 3 to generate fixation to the body panel 6 provided separately from the clamp part, the clamp part having a grip part 9 and a holding part 10 to accommodate the fixation part and hold, wherein inside the holding part 10 and outside the fixation part 3 are furnished with respective slipoff preventive means (an elastic engaging claw 17 and a fastening shoulder 27), whereby the fixation part and the clamp part are coupled only through the slipoff preventive means with the fixation part coupled to the holding part at a gap 31 reserved in between so as to be swingable around the slipoff preventive means.
