Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembling work time by setting pressure of dialyzing fluid flowing in a second flow passage higher than that of body fluid in a first flow passage on its upstream side, setting the pressure lower on its downstream side, and increasing a clearance of β-2 micro globulin measured at a given standard than a specific value.
SOLUTION: A bottleneck portion 8 for decreasing cross-sectional area of a second flow passage 7 is provided on the way of the second flow passage 7. Pressure of dialyzing fluid flowing in the second flow passage 7 has a desired pressure difference between the upstream side 71 and the downstream side 72 of the dialyzing liquid. Pressure of the dialyzing fluid flowing in the second flow passages 7 on the upstream side 71 of the dialyzing fluid is set higher than the pressure of body fluid flowing in an upstream side first flow passages 6. The pressure on the downstream side 72 is set lower. A clearance of β-2 micro globulin based on a provision meeting an artificial kidney performance evaluation standard decided by Japan Artificial Organ Society is set higher than 73.2 ml/min. Thus, assembling can be performed in a short time.
