Abstract:
To provide a humidification sheet which suppresses an unpleasant offensive odor occurring during use and has a sedative effect during the use, and to provide a humidification element.SOLUTION: The inventors have discovered that containing a plant-based essential oil in a humidification sheet and avoiding use of bergapten in the humidification sheet suppresses an unpleasant offensive odor during use of the humidification sheet to provide a humidification sheet having a sedative effect. This is thought to be because bergapten usually contained in a plate-based essential oil and an unusual odor occurring from dust, water scale, bacteria, mold, and the likes adhering to the humidification sheet are mixed in the humidification sheet to generate an unpleasant offensive odor while the unpleasant offensive odor is not generated when bergapten is not contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
