Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a member for diffusion which is made difficult to be clogged and made difficult to be stuck with dirt even when it is continuously used for a long time and made strong for shock, made difficult to be cracked and has an excellent oxygen supply function by forming an air-permeable porous molded form of a fluorine-based resin sintered body as the member for diffusion and making at least the surface of this molded form hydrophilic. CONSTITUTION:A member for diffusion of this invention is an air-permeable porous molded form formed of a fluorine-based resin sintered body which is constituted by sintering powder or fiber of a fluorine-based polymer and has >=80 deg. surface hardness measured on the basis of JIS-K 6301. Moreover hydrophilic treatment is performed for at least the surface of this molded form. As this hydrophilic treatment, treatment ordinarily known as hydrophilic treatment e.g. such as metallic sodium treatment and low-temp. plasma treatment is used. Thereby bubble breaking of air blown out from many holes is remarkably improved and size of bubbles is made remarkably small. Thereby an oxygen supply function is remarkably enhanced. Further the member for diffusion is made difficult to be clogged and made difficult to be stuck with dirt, made strong for shock and made difficult to be cracked.
