Abstract:

To protect the privacy of a user while efficiently managing ID provided by a reliable third party.

An ID generating policy management part 34 manages a registered policy relating to generating IDs of a user and a service provider and checks the registered policy to determine the form of the IDs when receiving a ID generating request from a user terminal. For example, the user uses a different ID each time for connection to the same service of the service provider to keep his or her action history confidential.
