Next, the operator generation unit 102 generates an operator from the first image data to the second image data. A non-viewable region detection unit 103 converts the first image data into third image data by the operator, and detects the non-viewable region in the second image data on the basis of the second image data and the third image data. A complemented image generation unit 104 generates complemented image data in which the non-viewable region is complemented by the third image data.
