PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable removing borders on a completed form without removing seal impressions.SOLUTION: An image processing program causes a computer to execute processing of: obtaining image data of a completed form including seal impressions; obtaining image data, stored in a first storage, of a blank form on which no seal impressions are included; conducting an exclusive OR calculation between the data obtained from binarizing the image data of the completed form and the data obtained from binarizing the image data of the blank form; and outputting the image data obtained from excluding the part in which the result of the exclusive OR calculation is false.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
