To provide an image forming medical technique device and method so that, for example, a search of a prescribed position on a surface of a subject (e.g. a man) in an X-ray computer tomography imaging device can be simplified as a device in the aspect of influence on the subject.

The imaging medical technique device comprises a laying device (6) for a subject (P), a device for measurement data recording of the subject (P) to prepare an image of the subject (P), a device (15) for displaying an image obtained from the subject (P), and a device (20) regulated and placed on a device (1) for projecting a light pattern (LR) to the surface of the subject (P). In the device, a light pattern (LR') can be inserted (fade in) into a displayed image of the subject (P) corresponding to settlement of a prescribed position on the surface of the subject (P).
