Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency from molding of an impeller to polishing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an impeller includes: a molding step S1 of molding an impeller 10 with thermofusion laminate molding; and a polishing step S2 of polishing a wall 15 configured to section a flow passage 14 of the impeller 10 by using a granular polishing material 23. In the polishing step S2, the polishing material 23 is injected or scratched to the wall 15 of the flow passage 14. For example, it is preferable that from a plurality of nozzle holes 21A, 22C formed on nozzle members 21, 22 inserted into the flow passage 14, the polishing material 23 is injected toward the wall 15 of the flow passage 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
