To solve the following problem: a specific literature has introduced an electric foot sole massager which provides comfortable vibration to a user by wiggling vibration, the comfortable vibration allowing the user to use the massager for long period of time thereby promoting health by the favorable effect of the vibration, however in the electric foot sole massager, a wiggling part is different by each motor and there is no vibration in the high-speed and low-speed of the motor.

A conventional pendulum has been arranged in the base of blades of an electric fan. A plurality of long bolts are fixed along a surface vertical to an axle inside the base of the blades, and the pendulum is put on the tips of the bolts. Then, the bolts and the pendulum are prevented from having contact with the base wall of the electric fan.
