Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for effective reduction of reflection coefficient for the radar wave on a desired frequency bandwidth, even if the incident angle of the radar wave to a frequency selection board installed in a dielectric member, such as a bumper cover, depends on the position on the frequency selection board.SOLUTION: Multiple conductor elements 21, 22, 23, 24 of a frequency selection board are formed, respectively, so that element parameters 21L, 22L, 23L, 24L, determining the reflection coefficients of transmission wave from a radar device, in a state installed on a dielectric member, and determining the dimensions of the conductor elements, have such values that the reflection coefficients of the transmission wave will be minimum, based on the incident angle of the transmission wave incident to the conductor elements from the radar device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
