Abstract:
To provide a small-sized and low-cost induction heater device capable of reducing the loss in a switching element with a simple circuit structure and having a reliable protective function.
This induction heating device having a small loss and a reliable protective function is provided with a stop means having a current resonance inverter structure, cutting off a switching element 13 with a zero current, detecting the inverse conducting current of the switching element 13, and stopping it at the prescribed value or above and a clamping means self-clamping the switching element 13 at the prescribed value or above.
