Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a person in charge of actual window operation from receiving many inquiries quite different from his or her interest and technical field and to properly distribute information which is useful for the organization by a pipe obtained by a workflow without altering the workflow which is already present in the organization.
SOLUTION: A general user system 1, a window person-in-charge system 3 which accepts information based upon the workflow, and a virtual person-in- charge system 2 which performs autonomous operation are connected by a network W and the window person-in-charge system 3 generates and transfers a pipe to the virtual person-in-charge system 2 instead of itself as to information communication based upon the workflow to the virtual person-in-charge system 2. Consequently, a following request due to the information communication based upon the workflow is processed by the virtual person-in-charge system 2 to prevent the person in charge of actual window operation from receiving many inquiries quite different from his or her interest and technical field.
