Abstract:
To solve such a problem that a whole processing speed decreases since video camera side processing stops according as a remaining battery level is run out, when connecting a battery-driven video camera with a PC via a USB (Universal Serial Bus) and making the PC and the video camera perform the parallel processing of video conversion.
A video camera is configured to be operated by a battery and power supply via a USB. Further, the processing speed of the video camera is determined according to the presence/absence of the remaining battery level, and then the data processing amounts of a PC and the video camera are appropriately changed, thereby the whole processing speed is optimized.
