Title:
INK JET RECORDING HEAD AND INK JET CARTRIDGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3495897
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of recording quality due to kink of an ink drop and ejection of ink drops from adjacent nozzles which are cased by deterioration of contacting characteristic of an ink passage with a substrate in the case where a pixel density of an ink jet recording head is made to be high resolution or multiple nozzles are used in order to improve quality and speed of the recording by means of an ink jet recorder.
SOLUTION: A bonding face of an ink passage 4 to a substrate 2 and a bonding face of a common liquid chamber to the substrate 2 are arranged with an angle difference of 1 degree. When a top plate 1 having groove is bonded to the substrate 2 fixed on a base plate 3, only a marking-off at a side of an ejection nozzle N of the bonding face is firstly brought into contact with the substrate 2. When the pressure is applied to a part 5 to be pressurized of the top plate 1 from a pressure generating member 6, the bonding face is uniformly brought into intimate contact with the substrate 2 due to the deformation of the top plate 1.
