Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing device capable of easily and properly polishing the whole inner surface of a hole with a bottom in a direction along the axial direction of the hole.SOLUTION: A polishing device comprises: a jig 1 fitted-inserted from an opening part Ha of a hole H with a bottom; rotational driving means 2 for relatively rotationally driving the jig 1 around an axis R with respect to the hole H; and polishing material circulation means 3 for supplying a polishing material having fluidity in a circulating manner. The jig 1 has an axial directional length such that when fit-inserted into the hole H, a tip part 1b reaches a bottom part Hb of the hole H and a base end part 1a projects from the opening part Ha of the hole H, and the tip part 1b is formed into a shape of a projecting curved surface shape correspondingly to a shape of a recessed curved surface shape of the bottom part Hb of the hole H. The jig 1 is formed with a groove 10 for forming a flow passage 5 for circulating the polishing material between an inner surface of the hole H and itself when fit-inserted into the hole H. A supply pipe line 30 and a recovery pipe line 31 of the polishing material circulation means 3 are connected to both end parts of the flow passage 5, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
