To provide "an input device" capable of discriminating a person performing input operation without being provided with a constitution for registering information.
The input device has a finger-print recognition device 31 for specifying a driver of the vehicle; a touch panel constituted by an operation part 5 for recognizing the finger-print of the person for performing the input operation and a display part 6; a determination part 32 for determining whether or not the person for performing the input operation of the touch panel is the driver of the vehicle; and a certification part 33 for performing certification when the person for performing the input operation of the touch panel is not the driver of the vehicle. The input operation during traveling of the vehicle is made effective when the certification is performed.
