Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize vertical installation of an external memory such as a disc drive without sacrifice of appearance.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical stand 1 for installing an external memory 101 vertically is constituted of a base plate 2 and a cover plate 3 planted at one end part of the base plate 2. The external memory 101 is mounted on the base plate 2 with the side face 102 or 103 thereof directing downward and the bottom face 104 thereof is covered with the cover plate 3.
