PURPOSE: To reduce the wear of a calcining jig by constructing the same jig with a sintered product, an intermediate coupling layer of inorganic glass property and an anti-reaction coating layer of one kind or more selected among electromelting magnesia, electromelting alumina, and electromelting zirconia all comprising coarce particles of diameters each being a specific value or more.
CONSTITUTION: The title capacitor calcining jig includes a sintered product 1, an intermediate coupling layer 2 of an inorganic glass property, and an anti- reaction coating layer 3 of one kind or more selected among electromelting magnesia, electromelting alumina, and electromelting zirconia all of a diameter more than 44μm. It is manufactured by spraying or applying a stock slurry of the intermediate coupling layer 2 on the sintered product 1 and calcining the whole to form the intermediate coupling layer 2 on the surface of the sintered product 1. In succession, the coupling layer 2 is covered with particles constituting the coating layer 3 and calcined too. Hereby, a highly reactive material, which might cause the wear of the firing jig, can be prevented from undergoing any diffusion, assuring a ceramic capacitor being fired inexpensively at a high speed.
