Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of material, by providing lines of chip attaching beds along both side edges, and arranging the leads of beds along the lines alternately.
CONSTITUTION: The line of chip attaching beds 1 is provided along one side edge. A line of beds 1A is provided on the other side edge. Leads 2A and leads 3A, which form pairs, are alternately arranged with respect to leads 2 and leads 3 of the beds 1. In this constitution, the lead frame having the area twice as large as that of the conventional lead frame can be obtained.
