Abstract:

To provide an optical controller which controls the direction of travel of light, the optical controller changing the range of the angle of emission of transmitting light.SOLUTION: An optical controller 15 includes: an optical sheet 20 having a plurality of light shielding parts arranged in one direction D1, the light shielding parts shielding a visible light; and a light adjusting device 40 arranged on the optical sheet 20. The light adjusting device 40 can adjust the transmittance of a visible light in a plurality of light adjustment regions 41 arranged in a row.
