Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricant for cable insertion which is a lubricant, used in inserting a cable into a protecting tube, is readily handleable and has excellent lubrication, with which a cable can be smoothly inserted into a protecting tube, and capable of removing it when attached to the outside of the protecting tube or attached to clothing in insertion or repair without damaging the cable and which is safe and friendly to the environment since an organic solvent is not used.
SOLUTION: This lubricant for cable insertion is characterized in that the lubricant is used in inserting the cable into the protecting tube and the lubricant is composed of a water-absorbing resin powder (A).
