Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the magnetic body thin film which suppresses the growth of crystal particles and has superior soft magnetic characteristics even in a high-temperature heat treatment by giving a composition gradient in crystal particles in a main magnetic layer.
SOLUTION: A magnetic body thin film 1 is formed of crystal particles 4 of metal magnetic body alloy and the particles contain ≥1 kind of nonmagnetic element or an element having lower oxide production free energy or nitride production free energy than Fe so that the elements have a composition gradient to high density from in the particles to the surfaces. Main magnetic layer 2 and intermediate layers 3 whose saturated magnetic flux density is ≥0.1 tesla less than that of the main magnetic layers are stacked by turns.
