A maker's Web site 20 acquires, via the Internet 100, state information on the home equipments 10 of the respective users who made registration for receiving maintenance services, and sends the information together with support information to the home portal site 30. The home portal site 30 provides the status of the home equipment 10 of the respective users and support messages on the dedicated homepage for each user.
