This system further comprises a vehicle management means 12 having a reservation information DB for recording reservation information for every shared vehicle 2 including its user, authentication information and lending time and a user information DB for storing use information for every user including his/her business point and business content, the management means specifying the shared vehicle 2 to be lent on the basis of a lending application for the shared vehicle 2 from the user, and recording the reservation information and use information in the reservation information DB and use information DB; and an authentication control means for acquiring authentication information from the user at the start of use and collating it with the authentication information of the reservation information. The on-vehicle controller 21 permits the use of the vehicle when the user is authenticated, and acquires the use information from the use information DB, and the display means 22 displays the use information.
