To easily supply a raw material liquid to strip paper and to produce an edible film with high productivity by spraying the raw material liquid of the edible film on strip paper, heating it, forming the dried object of the raw material liquid on strip paper and removing strip paper.

In an edible film producing device 1, for example, a carrier conveyor 2 for carrying strip paper 28, spray nozzles 7A and 7B arranged in the prescribed upper position of a front part (the front side of a carrier direction) in the conveyor 2 and a heating means 20 arranged in the neighborhood of the rear part of the nozzles are adopted as a mainbody. The nozzles are connected to a raw material tank 8 for storing the raw material liquid 11 with liquid supply tubes 13 and 12, an air pump 17 is arranged in the neighborhood of the nozzles and connection is executed by an air supply tube 18. The raw material liquid is sprayed in a mist state from the tips of the nozzles and the heating means 20 is formed in the prescribed upper part of a carrier path 2 without disturbing the carrying of strip paper 28.
