Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber latex which can remove heat using a condenser from the polymerization start point without causing an increase of the latex particle size when removing heat from the polymerization start point having a large exothermic value of polymerization using the condenser in emulsion polymerization of an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer.

The condenser is used so as not to return a monomer condensate from the condenser into a polymerization system until the polymerization conversion rate from the polymerization start reaches a range of 0.01-3.4 wt.% in a period up to stabilization of particles.
