Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to omit a wasteful marking work by a method wherein a marking work is conducted only on the non-defectives products, not on the detective ones of the products.
CONSTITUTION: A marking device is provided with a handy tester 4 and a product measuring part 5 so that the function of terminals of products can be tested at the time when a marking is unfinished on the products in addition of the function of marking the products. Before a marking work is conducted, a DC current is applied to the terminals of the products to measure the current through the terminals, whereby the device can be constituted into a mechanism which sorts non-defective ones and defective ones of the products. As its result, it is possible that the marking work is conducted on the non-defective ones, not on the defective ones.
