Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING SPECIFIC NUMBER STOLEN IN CELLULAR MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3403754
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to check whether a specific number allocated to a user's own mobile station is stolen by a third party in the same base station or not by retrieving a message received at the time of a mobile station non-speaking mode.
CONSTITUTION: The method consists of a step 43 for judging whether a message received by a mobile station in a non-speaking mode state is a response message to a system access from the mobile station to a base station or not, a step 46 for comparing whether a specific number included in the message coincides with the specific number of the mobile station itself or not when the judging step 43 judges that the message is the response message of the base station, a step 47 for checking whether the current state of the mobile station is a system access state to the base station or not when the comparing step 46 judges that both specific numbers coincide with each other, and a step 48 for generating an alarm signal when the checking step 47 judges that system access to the base station is not executed.
