Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture the bag in a sterilized and dustless state by constituting the device so that the inside of the bag and a filled medical fluid do not come into contact with the open air, in the manufacturing process from extrusion of each constituting member of the bag to final shape formation.
CONSTITUTION: From an extrusion molding machine 1, a resin melt is extruded into a metallic die 2, and extruded like a tube 4 from a nozzle of the metallic die 2. On the side face of the tube 4 in a melt state, a port part 13 whose bottom part is maintained in a high temperature state is welded and carried to a forming device 3. By being pressed by a roller 8 in the forming device 3, a welded part 9 is formed, and in its center, a passage 10 is formed. The tube 4 maintains a swollen shape since air is supplied by a supply line 5 of sterilized air. Subsequently, it is carried horizontally on a carrying base, while a prescribed quantity of medical fluid is injected from a supply line 6. Next, as for the tube 4 filled with the medical fluid, the passage 10 is welded by a sealing machine, it is cut by a cutting machine along a line which runs along this welded part, by which the medical treatment bag is completed.
