To improve fluidity of ink during printing and enable good printing by continuously or intermittently applying high frequency waves directly to the ink on a form via a doctor blade arranged in touch with the form on a form face and an obstruction plate or roll of a smaller hardness than the form.
An optional blade is used as a doctor blade 5. An obstruction plate 6 is formed of substance of a smaller hardness than that of a form cylinder 3 and using a base material, e.g. stainless, steel iron, plastic such as polyethylene, polyester or the like. One sides of the doctor blade 5 and obstruction plate 6 are arranged to be in touch with the form cylinder 3, and a high frequency transmitter is connected at the other end. High frequency waves are continuously or intermittently applied directly to the ink on a form via the obstruction plate 6 when the form cylinder 3 rotates. Accordingly, ink of high viscosity and poor fluidity and dispersion can be used and streaking stain or the like caused when the form is clogged by the ink and an aggregate slips through the form and doctor blade 5 can be prevented.
