Abstract:
To provide a hard metal composite member high in member strength and capable of designing various shapes without having deformation and poor bonding: a method for manufacturing the same; a vacuum adsorber using the hard metal composite member; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing hard metal composite member including first and second hard metal sintered bodies consisting of cemented carbide or cermet and having the porosity of the first hard metal sintered body larger than that of the second hard metal sintered body comprises: contacting a first hard metal material consisting of an unsintered molding or a primary sintered body to a second hard metal material consisting of an unsintered molding or a primary sintered body; heating the first and second hard metal materials at a sintering temperatures equal to or more than a lower temperature of the liquid phase appearance temperatures thereof; and bonding the first and second hard metal materials by sinter bonding. The first and second hard metal materials consist of cemented carbide or cermet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a)
