Abstract:
To provide tetravalent bispecific antibodies having structural symmetry based on a common light chain and production methods thereof.SOLUTION: Provided herein is a tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting PC-1 and LAG-3, which comprises two polypeptide chains and four common light chains where the polypeptide chains and common light chain have specific amino acid sequences respectively. The tetravalent bispecific antibody has similar or even better biological activity and physical and chemical properties than monoclonal antibodies, and can be used for the treatment of various inflammatory diseases, cancer, and other diseases.SELECTED DRAWING: None
