Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a stopping line due to the beating of mispick weft yarn.
CONSTITUTION: Weft yarn (Y), jetted and picked from a picking main nozzle 19 is flown and guided to the picking end by relay jetting from picking auxiliary nozzle groups 20 to 23. Weft yarn arrival sensors (F1) to (F7) are arranged between the picking auxiliary nozzle groups 20 to 23 in the weaving width. When a weft yarn arrival sensed signal is not obtained from the weft yarn arrival sensors (F1) to (F7) to a permissible period, the operation of a frame motor (M) is directly stopped by a controlling computer (C) and a braking device (B) is simultaneously operated.
