Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for calculating charge for utilizing entertainments of amusement facilities corresponding to objective evaluation on the satisfaction level of a user based on biological information, and corresponding a utilization charge collection system, as well as a management support system utilizing the objective evaluation on the satisfaction level. SOLUTION: At a biological signal measuring instrument 1, the pulse wave signals of a user are detected and processed. The provided biological information is converted to an exciting state evaluation index by an exciting state evaluating device 2. The charge of utilization corresponding to the provided exciting state evaluation index value is calculated by a utilization charge calculating device 3 and collected by a utilization charge collecting device 4. Data outputted from the biological signal measuring instrument 1 or exciting state evaluating device 2 are collected to a data managing device, processed and analyzed.
