Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the outflow of heavy metals such as lead and to reduce the volume of shredder dust by including a process for making the size of the shredder dust a specified value or less and a process for fractionating the shredder dust.
CONSTITUTION: The size of shredder dust is made 50mm or less before a fractionation process, enabling the application of a dry fractionation process and the improvement in the efficiency of the fractionation process. In addition, the bulk density of the dust can be increased by reducing the size of the dust to improve the efficiency of transportation and reclamation. Moreover, since the dry fractionation process is applicable, material obtained by the fractionation process can be directly recycled, and the outflow and elution of heavy metals associated with a wet process can be prevented.
