Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reclaim a feed, food, etc., containing a large amount of protein, by decomposing an animal waste with bacteria and coagulating protein under heating.

CONSTITUTION: Water-soluble sludge, animal residue, animal industrial waste, etc., containing carbon compounds or nitrogen compounds, are decomposed with bacteria and synthesized to give protein and carbohydrate. Then, they are put in a cooker which is preheated to ≥90°C contains an animal oil, fish oil and vegetable oil, heated at reduced pressure at 10W20mmHg for about 30min after being added, protein is thermally coagulated and dehydrated under reduced pressure at 740W760mmHg until a water content becomes about 6%. Then, the thermally coagulated protein is taken out and separated into an oil component and a solid component.
