Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a microwave processor capable of amplifying an electromagnetic wave in a microwave region at a low noise and suitable for the amplification of a specially feeble microwave.
CONSTITUTION: A single crystal silicon film 1, which is installed in a microwave cavity resonator 6 and includes neutral {110} plane four pores, is cooled with a helium gas flow 4 and light 10 and a static magnetic field are added to the silicon film 1. A microwave of a narrow band can be amplified at a low noise by induced emission between Zeeman sub-levels.
