PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send information relating to connection reject and planning type information or the like to a mobile communication terminal equipment without the use of lots of radio channels.
SOLUTION: An information transmitter-receiver 4 that sends information relating connection reject and planning type information or the like is provided to a mobile communication network. Under a circumstance satisfying prescribed conditions, in the case of an incoming call from a mobile communication terminal equipment 1, a mobile communication exchange 3 connects the mobile communication terminal equipment to specific multi-lines 2-a, 2-b. Thus, the information from an information transmitter 4-a is sent to a mobile communication terminal equipment via an outgoing base station channel 2-a and a reply with respect to the information is received via an incoming base station channel 2-b.
