Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile detection type altimeter that can prevent accumulation of excessive errors.
SOLUTION: The mobile detection type altimeter has a mobile dependent altitude- updating section 4, that updates and will not normally update a display altitude in mobile an non-mobile states, respectively. The mobile dependent altitude-updating section 40 comprises an estimated altitude operation section 70, an abnormality determining section 60, and a display altitude setting section 51. The estimated altitude operation section 70 obtains an estimated altitude, by taking the difference in the reference altitude obtained by a reference altitude operation section 20, according to each of the latest detection pressure value by a pressure detection section 10 for detecting the atmospheric pressure and the previously detected pressure value as increase and decrease in the altitude for obtaining an estimated altitude. The abnormality judgment section 60 determines whether the estimated altitude is an abnormal value. A display altitude setting section 51 sets a specified altitude, using the reference altitude as a base as the display altitude, when the abnormality determining section carries out the determination of the abnormal value, and sets the estimated altitude as the display altitude, when the abnormality determining section does not carry out the determination of the abnormal value.
