PURPOSE: To reduce manufacturing time and improve mass production by putting an adhesive body made of a foamed thermosetting resin body on a ceiling interior material and making this adhesive body to react while this interior material is being pushed on the inner surface of a roof panel in a coating drying room.

CONSTITUTION: A ceiling interior material 17 with a required shape is composed of a buffer body 16 consisting of hard urethan 12 whose upper surface makes contact with an adhesive body 19, continuous foam type slab urethane 13 laminated below it, and semi-hard padding material 14 and a ceiling surface material 15. Then, the adhesive body 19 consisting of a foamed thermosetting resin body is put on the top of this ceiling interior material 17 and the interior material 17 is set on a jig that is supported by a vertically and horizontally movable control member in a coating drying room. Besides, the ceiling interior material 17 inserted in a car together with the jig is pushed on the inner surface of a roof panel via this jig and the adhesive material 19 is made to react by the heat of the car having residual temperature obtained by heating the car in the drying room and then the interior material 17 is bonded on the panel 1.
