PURPOSE: To receive a predetermined number of electronic parts in a receiving case by sorting chip parts oriented in a predetermined direction from the direction of surface and back and the polar direction of polarized so as to efficiently arrange only chip parts in the predetermined direction with a simple mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: Whether or not the direction H of surface-back of a chip part 1 coincides with a predetermined direction is sorted on the basis of external terminals 2, 3 of the chip part 1 on the track 111 of a part feeder 11 and whether or not the polar direction coincides with the predetermined direction is sorted on the basis of a polar mark 4 on the surface of an index table 12 so that only the chip parts in the predetermined direction on either case are sent into the receiving case 13 for electronic parts.
